TrayDay Privacy Policy Simple + clear

Effective date: February 18, 2026

TrayDay is designed to help you track your tray schedule. Privacy is built in.

Summary

Information TrayDay Collects

TrayDay does not collect personal information such as your name, address, phone number, or contacts.

TrayDay stores app data you enter (such as your tray start date, tray number, and reminders) locally on your device.

If you have iCloud enabled for TrayDay, Apple may sync this data between your devices using iCloud. TrayDay does not operate its own servers for syncing.

Tracking

TrayDay does not track you across apps or websites, and it does not use advertising identifiers for tracking.

Third-Party Services

TrayDay does not use third-party advertising networks.

If this changes (for example, if we add analytics or crash reporting), this policy will be updated and the App Privacy details in the App Store will be updated accordingly.

Notifications

If you enable notifications, TrayDay uses them to remind you about tray changes and related schedule events. Notification permissions can be managed in iOS Settings.

Data Retention

Your TrayDay data remains on your device unless you delete the app or reset your data within the app (if available). If iCloud syncing is enabled, Apple may retain synced copies according to your iCloud settings.

Children’s Privacy

TrayDay is not directed to children under 13, and it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure by minimizing data collection and storing your data on-device. However, no method of storage is 100% secure.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Effective date” at the top of this page.
